Rental Procedures
Request a site visit or submit a Rental Request to andrewp@gps.edu, by phone at 423-634-5440 or by using our Online Rental Request form. Requests should be made at least 3 weeks prior to your event.
We will review your request and find a mutually agreeable date and time.
Once we have determined a date and time, both parties will sign a Rental Agreement with event details and charges; a 50% deposit will be made and any necesaary insurance forms will be completed.
We will schedule a walk through 2 weeks prior to your event to make sure all details are covered. Additional visits may be necessary depending on the size of the event.
Host your event!
The GPS Business Office will send a final invoice within 7 days of completion your event.
