The GPS Endowment

How It Works

The GPS Endowment comprises both unrestricted and named funds established through the generosity of alumnae, families, and friends who believe in sustaining GPS for generations to come. Earnings from the endowment provide a lasting source of income that strengthens our mission today and ensures our excellence tomorrow. The principal is invested for long-term growth, while annual distributions—approved by the Board of Trustees—support strategic priorities, tuition assistance, and faculty development.

Endowed Funds

Each year, approximately 40 percent of the GPS student body receive need-based tuition assistance awards. Much of the funding for tuition assistance is made possible through the school’s endowment and named scholarship funds, which have been established by friends of GPS. We proudly salute the funds that enable outstanding students to continue their GPS educations.
