R. Craig Holley

Craig Holley is chairman of Pinnacle Financial Partners in Chattanooga. Previously, he was chairman, president, and CEO of CapitalMark Bank & Trust, which he founded in 2007 and sold to Pinnacle in 2015. Holley has served on numerous boards in Chattanooga, most recently serving as the chairman of the board for the Hunter Museum of American Art. In addition, he is a former member of the Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Board of Atlanta. He was the 2012 Chattanooga Area Manager of the Year and is the 2021-22 Rotary Club president-elect. Holley and his wife, Terri, have chaired a number fundraising campaigns and events, including Siskin Star Night, the Community Kitchen Fast Day campaign, the ArtsBuild annual campaign, and most recently the Hunter Museum’s Spectrum Gala. In 2003, Holley was the United Way campaign chair, and he previously served on the GPS Board of Trustees from 2004-10. He and Terri are parents of two GPS alumnae, Ann Elizabeth ’09, and Sara ’12.
