What Does Summer Look Like For Your Daughter?

How about a day of sailing on the lake, rowing on the river, or discovering an inner artist or actress? The Summer Program at Girls Preparatory School blends fun with a wide range of activities for a summer that’s simply unforgettable. Here, girls make cherished friendships, strengthen their minds and bodies, and boost their self-confidence by trying new and exciting things.

Camps that empower girls to pursue their passions and interests

10 weeks of programming, from late May to early August

  • Additional Information

    Application:
    • No student may attend a program without a completed application on file in the Summer Programs Office.
     
    Paying for Camp:
    • A $100 non-refundable deposit for each program or session is due with the application.
    • The maximum deposit from any one camper is $200.
    • The full balance is due before the child may attend the program.
    • Registration on the first day of camp will incur an additional $25 fee.
    • There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.
     
    Discounts:
    • 10% for second family camper
     
    Prorated Fees:
    • To maintain the integrity of each session, campers may not register for part of a week. Camp weeks cannot be split. There are no prorated fees.
     
    Lunch:
    • A hot, nutritious lunch is served daily in the GPS Dining Hall. The cost is included in camp tuition.
    • If your child has food allergies, please contact us for more information.
     
    Drop-off/pick-up & Aftercare:
    • Campers should arrive no earlier than 7:40 a.m.
    • Campers may stay as late as 5:30 p.m. in aftercare, where they will receive a nutritious afternoon snack.
    • Campers who are not picked up by 4:00 p.m. will be charged $10 per day.
     
    Camper/Student Conduct:
    • Summer program attendees are expected to comply with generally accepted standards of behavior.
    • Students or campers who interfere with the learning, enrichment, or pleasure of other students or campers may be dismissed from the program without refund and will forfeit the option of re-enrollment.
    • A student or camper possessing or using any illegal drugs, alcohol or tobacco products will be dismissed from GPS Summer Programs without refund.
