You’ll make Italian Lasagna Cupcakes and Chocolate Biscotti from Italy, Coconut Mango Cake from Thailand, Fortune Cookies from China, Sweet and Savory Empanadas from Mexico and much more. JULY 9–13: CHOCOLATE LOVERS’ CAMP
Crazy about chocolate? So are we! Join as we make chocolate recipes from A to Z in this tasty camp where we’ll put your culinary creativity to the test. Don’t worry, parents; we do a nice mix of savory and sweet recipes – think Mole Chili and Chocolate Croissants—so everyone leaves happy! And while chocolate is our favorite ingredient of the week, we can’t wait to show you all of the other ingredients we’ll use—from cheese to sweet potatoes and more. Grab your cocoa creativity and let’s get baking!
JULY 23–27: CREATE THE RAINBOW CAMP
Ever wish you could just taste pink? Or savor some green? Join us in this exciting and color-packed cooking camp where we cook up the rainbow. Using vibrant and delicious ingredients, sprouting chefs are introduced to a dazzling display of naturally colorful foods as we build our culinary techniques. Featuring both savory and sweet recipes, from Hawaiian Rainbow Poke Bowls to Colorful Corn Salsa, Berry Pop Tarts, and Red Velvet Whoopie Pies, every day is a colorful culinary adventure that tastes lip-smackingly good!
