- Information session with Lynne Macziewski, Head of Middle School, and Middle School teachers
- Patio/Lawn, The Bow (in Upper School), The Golden Buckle (in Middle School)
- During this time, enjoy ice cream and mingle with each other, visit the information tables (below) to ask questions and learn more from faculty and staff to help you prepare for fall, and shop at The Bow (school store) and The Golden Buckle (used uniform store).
- Information tables will include:
- Athletics/PE: Physicals, tryouts for teams, PE uniforms, etc.
- Business Office: Tuition billing, incidental billing, student center, etc.
- Cadek + Summer Camp: Learn more about private music lessons offered through Cadek and all of the camps offered through GPS Summer Camp (sports camps included).
- Dance: Purchase your dance clothes and learn more about after-school dance programs.
- Middle School Information/Forms: Check in with Middle School office for information and the required forms and records (immunization form) due before first day of school.
- Parent Council: Meet GPS Parent Council reps and learn all the ways you can be involved with Parent Council.
- PIC (Partnerships in the Community Council): Meet our PIC sponsor and representatives and learn how you can get involved through our numerous partnerships across the area.
- Technology: Learn about the requirements and ordering process for devices for incoming students.
- Transportation: Check out the bus schedule and routes and how to sign up.
- Uniforms: Learn about the uniform guidelines, class colors, and more so you know what your daughter will need next year.
