Anne Exum

For 30 years Anne Exum’s love of the written word benefitted GPS, first serving as an English teacher and then as PR Coordinator, Director of Communications, and Senior Writer. After teaching every grade level but one before GPS added a true Middle School, she became a Writing Center advisor and all around GPS newshound. Proud of the relationships she’s developed with both students and faculty, she advised the Honor Council, was part of the pilot one-to-one laptop program, and was a familiar face on the basketball sidelines as she scored games for 20 years.
