Jessica Good
Upper School Principal, English; 38 years
Formerly the Assistant Head and Upper School Principal, Jessica Good was a part of the fabric of GPS for 38 years. Named Distinguished Teacher of the Year in 1993, she began as a faculty member and served as Summer Camp Director, English Department Chair, and Dean of Faculty. She introduced the very first AP Composition and Literature course and helped design and implement the honors program. In her last year at GPS, she led the development of the school’s Partnerships in Community Council, forming relationships with local nonprofits and schools to provide leadership opportunities for students and service that would translate into active citizenship.
