GPS/McCallie Middle Schools Present Beauty and the Beast JR

Girls Preparatory School and McCallie School present the 2019 GPS/McCallie Middle School Fall Musical, Beauty and the Beast JR.
Be our guest and join us for a “tale as old as time.” You won’t want to miss this timeless tale that welcomes guests of all ages into its fantastical, musical journey. Performed by talented GPS and McCallie Middle School students and directed by Mr. Mike Lees, GPS Middle School Musical Director, Beauty and the Beast JR is the must-see middle school musical of the season!
Based on the original Broadway production that ran for more than 13 years and was nominated for nine Tony Awards, and the Academy Award-winning motion picture, Disney's Beauty and the Beast JR is a magical adaptation of a story about transformation, tolerance, and the ability to see someone for whom they really are. This delightful musical features some of the most beloved songs ever written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Menken and Tim Rice.
