Ansley Blevins '22 named to Conference-USA All-Freshman team
Congratulations to Ansley Blevins '22 for being named to the Conference-USA All-Freshman team! Blevins started 50 games for the Blue Raiders in her first year in Murfreesboro and was second on the team with five homeruns.
While at GPS:
- five-year letterwinner in softball, four-year letterwinner in volleyball, and one-year letterwinner in basketball at Girls Prepatory School
- Helped lead the Bruisers to three state runner-up finishes in 2018, 2019, and 2021
- Named All-Region in softball during her freshman and junior seasons
- Named to the Division II-AA All-State Softball Team
- Recognized as a Beautiful Beast of Softball
- Recognized All-Region in volleyball as a senior
- Volleyball captain team
- Finished her Bruisers career batting an impressive .419 with 97 hits, including 52 extra-base hits, and hitting 19 home runs, recording 96 RBIs and tallying 89 runs
- Recognized with the Mary Alice Chambers Award and the Laura Holt Outstanding Athlete Award
