Supporting Her
Spiritual Journey
Founded in 1906 on Christian principles, GPS is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that welcomes individuals of all faiths. We are committed to educating the whole girl—mind, body, and spirit.
Religious curriculum
In line with our commitment to educate the whole girl in mind, body, and spirit, all upper school students are required to take one semester-long religion course. Current course offerings include Biblical Ethics, World Religions, Comparative Religion: Faith in Action, and History of Christianity.
Spiritual Life Programs
Our Spiritual Life programming cares for the unique spiritual needs of each and every girl on campus through a variety of student groups, clubs, forums, and special events throughout the year. We support evolving mission-aligned programs based on student interest and initiative and encourage girls to share their hopes for and input on Spiritual Life on campus.
