For the 2026-2027 admission cycle GPS will require the common Admission Test designed for our middle school applicants. Along with Baylor and McCallie, GPS has collaborated to develop an admission assessment for prospective applicants. This assessment is a 90-minute paper-based evaluation with multiple choice sections for Mathematics and Reading with a separate Writing section.
The assessment aims to provide a more objective evaluation tool for all middle school applicants and is useful in identifying areas where prospective students may demonstrate proficiency and/or require additional support.
You are able to register for the date or location that is best for your schedule and results will be shared with those schools you indicate you are applying to.
