Rachel Craig serves as our Middle School Theater Teacher/Director. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Rachel has devoted her life to the art of theater. She earned her undergraduate degree in theater and dance from Middle Tennessee State University and began her professional career performing in regional theater, touring productions, and theme park entertainment. Rachel spent seven years in Chicago, where she expanded her work in live theater, voiceover, commercials, and film. After earning her MEd from Lipscomb University, Rachel began teaching in 2021 and most recently served as the theater teacher and director at Notre Dame High School. She is currently pursuing an MFA at the University of Idaho and comanages Battlekat Combat, a stage combat company with her husband. Rachel also serves as the resident intimacy director for Scenic City Shakespeare and Seed Theatre, is a company member of Conasauga Shakespeare Coalition, and frequents her recording studio as a voiceover actor.
