Nichole comes to GPS from Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School in Atlanta, Georgia, where she built an exceptional basketball program, earning three GHSA State Championships (2019, 2020, and 2025), eight Final Four appearances, and multiple region championships. Under her leadership, 35 student-athletes advanced to play NCAA basketball, including two who reached the WNBA. Additionally, Nichole's active involvement with USA Basketball—as a speaker, camp leader, and volunteer on the Appeals Panel—highlights her national reputation and commitment to developing young athletes at the highest levels. Prior to her time at HIES, Nichole served as the Head Varsity Softball coach, as an assistant basketball coach, and as a middle school science teacher at Wesleyan School in Georgia for 10 years. She assists with the strategic planning of the department and the operational management of auxiliary athletic facilities and programs, including both the aquatic and rowing facilities.
