Coach Matt Green has 20 years of experience working with athletes of all ages and training levels. His programs are designed to provide GPS athletes with a well-rounded training experience to improve both their performance and their resistance to injury, while also addressing some of the unique needs of female athletes. He is fond of saying “We build more powerful engines and bigger gas tanks in this room and help keep them tuned up at the same time.” One of Coach Green’s other primary goals is to establish a training environment that allows his athletes to have fun, while being challenged at the same time. His hope in doing so is that his athletes want to train rather than feel an obligation to train.
