Erin Davis Sizemore ‘98 has been a part of the Girls Preparatory School faculty and staff for over 20 years, serving as an upper school science teacher, Senior Class Dean, and the Dean of Students and Assistant to the Head of Upper School. With a master’s degree in educational leadership and and a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry, Erin brought a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for science to her classroom. Her innovative teaching methods and dedication to hands-on learning have inspired countless girls to develop a keen interest in the sciences. In her current role as Dean of Students and Assistant Head of Upper School, Erin plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. She is known for her compassionate leadership and her ability to connect with students on a personal level, guiding them through their academic and personal challenges. Erin's commitment to student well-being is evident in the programs she has implemented to support mental health, academic achievement, and personal growth.
